Where is Coffin Bay Spirits located?
Our distillery sits on the shores of the original Coffin Bay, a large, sheltered coastal waterscape protected from the raw energy of the Southern Ocean by the Coffin Bay Peninsula. The bay stretches between Point Sir Isaac and Frenchman Bluff creating mostly calm, protected waters that have remained largely untouched and teaming with life. Resting on towering limestone cliffs the 500-acre property is one of the largest coastal remnant coastal bushlands in South Australia. This pristine environment continues to inspire the hand-foraged botanicals and freedive-harvested seaweeds that define every Coffin Bay Spirits creation.
